I was born in Milan, in 1957, in the Baggio district, where I still live with my family. I have worked for large international companies in the energy and construction fields and have been retired since mid-2021.  
In 2001, on my first candidacy, I was elected to the Council of Zone 7 with "La Margherita" and, subsequently, I entered the City Council, taking over from the late councilor Bianchi di Lavagna. In 2006 I ran (elected) for the Zone 7 Council rather than for the City Council in order to gain more and better experience in the area. In 2011, 2016 and 2021 I was elected to the City Council. I have been part of many Council Commissions, including Expo, Security, Anti-Mafia, Urban Planning, Mobility and Environment, Home and Public Works, Sports, Social Services. I was President of the Civic Services/Metropolitan Area/Decentralization Commission and of the Security Commission. In 2011 I was appointed Vice President of the South Milan Agricultural Park, a position I still hold today and in this council I was elected president of the Anti-Mafia Council Commission.  
Since 1989 I have been collaborating with the monthly magazine present in the area of ​​Municipio 7, "Il diotto" and I have been involved, for years, in cultural animation in my neighborhood, through "Rete Baggio", with the proposal of themed film clubs, book presentations, with the musical event “We came to sing Baggio”. I am passionate about music (I have been following Bruce Springsteen since the first album, so to speak...), I am among the jurors of the prestigious Tenco) and I write, as a hobby, in music magazines.
