Born in Milan in 1986, Giulia is a deputy of the Action-Italia Viva-Renew Europe group and group leader of the Reformists - We work for Milan with Sala in the city council.

She was director of institutional relations with the European Union for Zoom and responsible for cybersecurity strategy and data policy at a global level for HP (Hewlett Packard), after having managed its institutional affairs first in London and then in Brussels, with responsibility also for Italy.

He holds a PhD in European Affairs from the London School of Economics, where he taught, and a Masters from Sciences Po in Paris. She graduated from Oxford University with a degree in philosophy and foreign languages.

Together with Carlo Calenda he is among the promoters of Azione, of which he is Vice President.
