Born in Milan in 1976, I am married and mother of a 15 year old girl.

I studied at the Scuola Normale Superiore of Pisa and at the MIP, Graduate School of Business of the Polytechnic of Milan.

On the professional side, I have always dealt with cultural heritage. I collaborated with the State University of Milan and worked at the Library of Porta Venezia, at the Trivulziana of the Castello Sforzesco and in the Superintendence in Milan. Now I manage the University Library of Pavia of the Ministry of Culture.

I strongly believe in the values of solidarity and active commitment in the worlds of associations and the Third Sector, to build a fairer and more inclusive society. For years, as a volunteer for the Community of Sant'Egidio, I have dedicated myself to service activities for those who live in fragile conditions in the outskirts of our city (educational projects for minors, teaching the Italian language to foreign adults, integration paths for refugees and refugees, programs to combat the loneliness of the elderly in RSAs).

In 2019 I joined the City Council for the first time and chaired the Education, University and Research Commission during the Covid-19 pandemic.

In 2021 I was re-elected to the City Council with the civic list "Beppe Sala Mayor".
