Quality system and certification
La Certification it is a procedure with which a third party, the Certification Institute, through on-site verification and written assurance, declares that a product, process or service complies with the requirements required by a reference standard.
Being certified therefore means ensuring maximum transparency and reliability over time towards one's interlocutors (external and internal) to try to guarantee the improvement of the standards of one's performance to best satisfy the needs of citizens.
The Municipal Administration aims to satisfy the needs of citizens - also understood in the sense of users of the City and its services (City Users) - and to make itself increasingly transparent, efficient and effective. It believes that the quality of services and environmental sustainability are essential components of all the policies implemented and therefore has voluntarily implemented and maintains an integrated Quality and Environment Management System (specific reference standards UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 and the UNI EN ISO 14001:2015) to guarantee customer/user satisfaction, monitoring and trying to improve its work processes. The efficiency and effectiveness indicators of the certified processes are measured and compared periodically with the established targets to identify and implement actions aimed at the continuous improvement of services.
The scope of the Quality System has been implemented over time through a gradual certification process and currently involves the main processes of all the Directorates.
The field of application of the Environmental System involves the activities and services of the Green Area of the Green and Environment Directorate, of the Territorial Government, Urban Furnishings and Decoration Area of the Technical and Urban Furnishings Directorate and the Ecological Surveillance Service of the Urban Safety Directorate.
All the documentation of the Quality and Environment Management System, in original and consistent with the new organizational structure in force, is deposited in the Process Quality System Management Office - Organization and Professional Development Area - Organization and Human Resources Management.
