Charter of educational services for children

Through the Service Charter, the family knows the accredited municipal and municipal childcare services in their various organizational and educational aspects and the documents that more specifically explain the paths and quality aspects that concern them.
 

Library service charter

The Service Charter is a guide to the opportunities offered to the public by the Milan Library System. Updated periodically based on justified needs, the Charter is a close pact with all library users: it declares the guiding principles to which the libraries' activity conforms, describes the access methods and times for providing the various services, identifies the quality standards adopted.
 

Welfare and Health services charter

The Welfare and Health Services Charter refers to the system of welfare and health promotion services and interventions, managed directly by the Administration or in collaboration with Third Sector, private social and voluntary sector bodies. The document provides all the fundamental information relating to the characteristics, access methods and quality standards that the services must comply with.

Cremation service charter

The Cremation Service Charter is aimed at citizens, organizations and companies in the funeral and cemetery sector, providing information in a simple, clear and complete manner regarding the activities carried out in the Municipality of Milan by the Lambrate Crematorium.
The Cremation Service Charter is part of a broader and more detailed framework of attention to the Citizen and constitutes a fundamental part of an approach oriented towards transparency and quality of the service, with the illustration of the main characteristics, contents, methods and times of delivery of services.
 

Service charter  Environmental Hygiene

The Service Quality Charter aims to explain, in a clear and transparent manner, what commitments bind Amsa to the city of Milan.
The Service Quality Charter is divided into sections: the first describes the waste management services provided for in the service contract signed with the Municipality of Milan, the second part lists the paid and direct call services that the company makes available of the citizen.

Adopted following the resolution of the Board of Directors of the Area Office of the Metropolitan City of Milan n. 5 of 11/06/2018.
 

Service maps for museums and exhibition spaces

The Service Charters of the Museums and exhibition spaces of the Culture Directorate constitute the tool through which cultural institutes communicate with their users, identify the services provided in compliance with the needs and expectations of users, in harmony with current regulations, and indicate the relevant quality standards.

Public transport mobility charter

The Service Charter is the document with which each service provider assumes a series of commitments towards its users regarding its services, the methods of provision of these services, the quality standards and with which it informs the user about the envisaged protection methods. 

ATM SpA, as manager of the local public transport service, has drawn up the Mobility Charter, document containing the service quality standards, established on the basis of the indicators provided for in the service contracts stipulated respectively with the Municipality of Milan and Metro 5 SpA, the former for the management of local public transport, on-demand transport and parking services on the road and in interchange car parks, for the removal and storage of vehicles and the second for the management of the Metro Line 5 service.


Quality standards of the district heating service

A2A Calore e Servizi, as manager of the district heating service, pursues the standards indicated by the Regulatory Authority for Energy, Networks and the Environment (ARERA) in Resolution 661/2018 on the regulation of the commercial quality of district heating and district cooling services.

 

Charter of the quality of school lunch services

The Quality Charter of Catering Services is an instrument of commitment and participation with the aim of informing citizens and making access to the catering services provided by Milano Ristorazione SpA easier, concretely renewing the pact between users and the Municipality of Milan through the service manager.
