Article 47, paragraph 1, of Legislative Decree no. 33/2013 provides for the imposition of a pecuniary administrative sanction from 500 to 10.000 euros, and the publication of the provision on the website of the administration concerned, against the members of the political bodies responsible for the failure or incomplete communication of the information and data referred to in article 14 of the same decree, concerning the overall financial situation of the holder of the office at the time of taking office, ownership of businesses, own shareholdings, those of the spouse and relatives up to the second degree, as well as all the compensation to which the assumption of the office entitles.
Pursuant to paragraph 4 of the aforementioned art. 47, the National Anti-Corruption Authority is responsible for imposing this sanction, which regulated the matter with its own Regulation, adopted on 16 November 2016 and published in the Official Gazette. n. 284 of 5 December 2016.
Following the notification of the definitive sanctioning measures by the National Anti-Corruption Authority, the Municipality of Milan will publish them in this section.
The sanction referred to in art. 47, paragraph 1, of the aforementioned Legislative Decree, also applies to the manager who does not make the communication, pursuant to art. 14, paragraph 1-ter, relating to the overall emoluments received from public finances, as well as towards the person responsible for the failure to publish the data referred to in the same article.
