Duties assigned and authorized to employees (managers and non-managers)
In compliance with the provisions of the art. 18 of Legislative Decree 33/2013, the Municipality of Milan proceeds with the publication of the lists of:
- assigned tasks
- tasks that the Municipality of Milan confers directly on its employees for activities that do not fall within the tasks and duties of office pursuant to art. 53 of Legislative Decree 165/2001, as amended by Law no. 190/2012
- authorized assignments
- tasks that a full-time or part-time employee of the Municipality of Milan exceeding 50% can carry out for third parties, subject to authorization by the Municipal Administration pursuant to art. 53 of Legislative Decree 165/2001, as amended by Law no. 190/2012.
The data relating to:
- extra-office tasks assigned to employees
- extra-office tasks authorized for employees
- collaboration or consultancy assignments assigned to external parties
