Prize data
This page contains data relating to the size of the bonus achievable on average by managerial and non-managerial staff, data relating to the distribution of ancillary treatment, in aggregate form, in order to account for the level of selectivity used in the distribution of bonuses and of incentives, as well as data relating to the degree of differentiation in the use of rewards for both managers and employees.
