The Public Administrations, upon request of the companies, must certify any credits relating to sums due for administrations, supplies, contracts and professional services, excluding default interest.

The certification process is totally free and managed via the electronic platform specifically activated on  Website of the Ministry of Economy and Finance, where it is also possible to consult an operational guide for the service, instructions for registering users and the relevant legislation.

The procedure must be completed within 30 days. from the moment of receipt of the application.
