We respond from Monday to Saturday from 8am to 18pm, excluding Sundays and holidays, in Italian and English.
We recommend that you call from Wednesday to Friday if the request is not urgent, on these days telephone traffic is normally lower.

- Smartphone with WhatsApp. Start a chat: first save the number 020202 in your contacts, then send a message to 020202 by writing the word "Hello"
- Computer with WhatsAppWeb. To start a chat: first save the number 020202 among your contacts in your smartphone address book. Then access WhatsAppWeb from this address https://web.whatsapp.com, follow the procedure to connect your smartphone. Once connected, start a chat by sending a message to 020202 writing the word "Hello"
