TECHNICAL INTERVENTIONS AND SAFETY COORDINATION AREA

  • Supervision, analysis, control and monitoring of the redevelopment projects of sports facilities managed by the concessionaires and by Milanosport, in coordination with the Sports Area and with the Sports, Cemetery and Market Building Area of ​​the Technical and Street Furnishings Department, also through the of inspections and on-site verification of the sports facilities present within the aforementioned facilities
  • Development, coordination and management of Public Private Partnership tools required by current legislation with regard to sports facilities/facilities
  • Supervision and coordination of the administrative / technical-economic activities connected to the management of the tasks entrusted to MM SpA for the planning and implementation of ordinary and extraordinary maintenance interventions on the sports facilities managed by Milanosport, in conjunction with the Sports Area, also through the /there
    - carrying out technical-economic analyzes and evaluations of projects
    - drafting and issuing related technical opinions (building, plant engineering, adequacy of offers, etc. ...)
    - monitoring of the different phases of design, execution and testing of the works carried out
    - management, from an economic point of view, of the assigned tasks (verification, control and monitoring of invoices, verification of the adequacy of interventions carried out, etc. ...)
  • Carrying out activities relating to similar control over in-house companies for the relevant part, in conjunction with the Budget and Subsidiary Management
  • Coordination with the competent offices in urban planning matters for the purposes of compliance with building regulations and for all the technical aspects of urban planning plans that include new sports facilities or services of an educational, youth promotion and urban economy nature
  • Support to the Director of Management for the issuing of the relevant opinions also with reference to cases of agreement pursuant to articles. 4 and 6 of the technical implementation standards of the PGT, for the technical aspects of competence
  • Coordination of the technical management activities of the Meazza Stadium, in conjunction with the Sports Area
  • Support to the Employer in the detection and monitoring of non-compliance with current legislation on workplace buildings, activation of the consequent corrective measures
  • Monitoring the implementation of the instructions given and closing reports
  • Support to the Employer in the obligations prescribed by Legislative Decree 81/2008 management of the resources assigned for the safety of workers
  • Management of relations with the management responsible for the training activities required by Legislative Decree 81/2008
  • Supervision of the adaptation interventions of the buildings, including schools, workplaces assigned to the Management with respect to the implementation of the requirements established by current legislation on health and safety in the workplace, for the purposes of the necessary feedback to be released to the competent Authority
  • Support to the competent management regarding the monitoring of properties containing asbestos for the area of ​​competence, in collaboration with the Asbestos Manager, and supervision of the consequent interventions
  • Logistics management of the building stock of the civic training schools and management offices
  • Monitoring of the maintenance status and functioning of the management offices and coordination with the competent areas for technical and maintenance interventions

WORK AND TRAINING AREA

  • Planning and management of training for work: catalog training, continuous training and training on demand.
  • Promotion, development and supervision of forms of entrepreneurship/self-entrepreneurship (business start-ups - spin-offs) carried out in training centers in line with the training offer provided
  • Management of locations where job-oriented training activities are held
  • Management and development of the FIL - Internal Language Training in collaboration with the Organization and Human Resources Management
  • Design and implementation of initiatives to support the integrated system of "human capital and talent training"
  • Production of analyses, investigations and reports to support strategies for the adoption of active policies and control and monitoring actions of training, educational and work activities
  • Preparation of scenarios and economic evaluations, in identifying sources of financing and valorisation of internal assets, related hypotheses for redesigning services and reorganizing processes
  • Management of relationships with metropolitan AFOL - Training and Work Orientation Agency
  • Management of relationships with SUPER Higher School of Applied Art of the Castello Sforzesco
  • Possible management of the assignment of public utility services, as well as of the instrumental activities entrusted to external parties in support of the Administration, for the scope of competence and management of the related service contracts, in coordination, in relation to the assignments in favor of the entities subsidiaries, with the Budget and Participate Management
  • Planning, coordination and management of the training offer of the private civic schools and the education center for adults and adolescents
  • Development of proposals for candidacy for tenders promoted by the European Commission and/or by other international and national bodies, including private ones, on training topics in coordination with the competent structures of the Directorate
  • Planning and management of initiatives to increase the quality of life of citizens, also in collaboration with other departments of the Municipality of Milan and with external public and private entities (work-life balance, ...)
  • Management of employment desks
  • Consolidation, management and strengthening of the bodies that collaborate with the Municipality on labor and safety issues (Permanent labor market observatory, price observatory, CCP...)
  • Analysis and definition of a management model for welfare activities, through extraordinary initiatives aimed at promoting active support benefits aimed at workers at risk of social exclusion also through the signing of protocols with institutions and private individuals
  • Support to the Director of Management for the issuing of the relevant opinions also with reference to cases of agreement pursuant to articles. 4 and 6 of the technical implementation standards of the PGT, for the administrative aspects of competence.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT YOUTH PROMOTION AND SCHOOL TO WORK TRANSITION

  • Promotion and development of interventions to support young people aimed at encouraging opportunities for growth and inclusion in the city community, directly and through support for private entities also in collaboration with the Sports Area
  • Planning and management of activities for the affirmation of rights and the promotion of young people's interests, for youth inclusion, prevention and combating youth hardship in its various forms
  • Development and management of exchange and collaboration relationships with bodies, institutions, associations, etc. of a local, metropolitan, regional, national and community nature (Department of Youth, National Agency for Youth, ANCI, etc.) on youth policy issues, also through the implementation of shared projects
  • Development of interventions relating to youth policies through access to regional, national and European funding, in collaboration with the Budget and Participate Management
  • Initiatives to promote and support the city's youth associations, encouraging connections between youth representatives and institutional bodies, in conjunction with the Specialist Management Authority and Plan Monitoring Authority
  • Management and monitoring of technical and financial sponsorships for initiatives in favor of youth sports promotion
  • Management of relationships with youth bodies and associations and planning of initiatives aimed at promoting:
    - international twinning for exchanges between young people
    - promotion of knowledge, understanding and cultural integration between young people from different countries
    - exchanges and international mobility of young people
    - welcoming young people to the city
  • Development of the network of spaces for youth aggregation, also through support for private entities
  • Management of the Youth Information Service
  • Promotion of a culture of active citizenship among young people, in collaboration with the Civic Services and Municipalities Directorate
  • Management of relationships with the Region, Universities, national and international Research Centres, laboratories and various bodies for joint initiatives, also with reference to innovation
  • Planning, coordination and management of preventive, support and recovery services of an educational nature for adolescents and young adults (School orientation, individual educational paths, school/educational laboratory, Follow me to school), also in synergy with secondary school institutions of the territory
  • Planning, coordination and management of services for the scholastic integration of foreign teenagers and young people (mediation, teaching of Italian for foreigners in schools, I seek and offer schools, ...) also in synergy with secondary school institutions in the area
  • Planning and management of activities aimed at preventing the educational failure of young people in secondary schools, with particular reference to the three-year period, and of activities aimed at
    - encourage return to education or training
    - support the educational success of young people and young adults included in the educational paths of CIPIA, professional institutes and vocational education and training institutes (IeFP), also in synergy with the Private Civic Schools and Education Unit - Center for adult and adolescent education and local educational institutions
  • Planning, coordination and management of interventions to combat the NEET phenomenon and for the school-to-work transition
  • Planning, coordination and management of initiatives relating to the Mediation and Restorative Justice Centre
  • Criminal mediation and restorative justice interventions in the context of juvenile criminal proceedings upon notification by the Judicial Authority
  • Planning and management of awareness-raising actions on the topic of conflict management and offender/victim mediation and promotion of the culture of legality also through meetings and workshops in city schools
  • Design and management of restorative activity paths, aimed at repairing the damage through carrying out activities in favor of the victim and the offended community (Writers Project and Social Utility Activities)
  • Inside the Penal Institute for Juveniles “C. Beccaria” management of laboratory activities and planning of educational interventions
  • Management of relationships with institutional subjects (territorial school office, educational institutions, Court, Prosecutor's Office and Ministry of Justice) also aimed at collaboration agreements
  • Management of relationships with student associations for the promotion and implementation of initiatives and projects aimed at young people
  • Support to the Director of Management for the issuing of the relevant opinions also with reference to cases of agreement pursuant to articles. 4 and 6 of the technical implementation standards of the PGT, for the administrative aspects of competence.


PROJECT MANAGEMENT URBAN ECONOMY, FASHION AND DESIGN

  • Development of proposals and initiatives to support coworking and coworkers in agreement with the Metropolitan City
  • Development and management of proposals and initiatives to support businesses, including cultural and creative ones, social innovation and the sharing economy, Manufacturing 4.0 and the Circular Economy in collaboration with the competent departments
  • Development of proposals and initiatives for the implementation of innovative projects
  • Management of relationships with the Region, Universities, Research Centers and national and international organisations, laboratories and various bodies for joint initiatives, with particular reference to innovation
  • Support for local micro-enterprises and the social and civil economy for the revitalization of neighbourhoods, also through the development and networking of projects for the recovery of underused public properties in conjunction with the competent departments
  • Management of tenders for the granting of contributions for the valorisation and development of economic activities
  • Planning of initiatives for the internationalization of companies, as well as for supporting the ecosystem of startups, scaleups and SMEs
  • Design and implementation of initiatives to encourage the development of forms of self-entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial training and of the civil economy and micro-entrepreneurship as a lever for urban regeneration and revitalization of neighbourhoods/suburbs (Neighbourhood School)
  • Management of tenders and procedures for disbursement of contributions to companies allocated by law 266/1997 and subsequent amendments and by current legislation
  • Promotion and management of procedures aimed at facilitating access to forms of microfinance for the benefit of employment
  • Possible management of the assignment of public utility services, as well as of the instrumental activities entrusted to external parties in support of the Administration, for the scope of competence and management of the related service contracts, in coordination, in relation to the assignments in favor of the entities subsidiaries, with the Budget and Participate Management
  • Promotion and support for projects on technological innovation and social innovation, also through the coordination of activities related to planning and candidacy in the context of public tenders and/or regional, national and European programs and management of the consequent administrative procedures, in conjunction with the International Relations Area and the Plan Management and Monitoring Authority Specialist Directorate
  • Management of initiatives for the promotion and development of activities related to creativity, fashion and design and the valorisation of different forms of creative entrepreneurship, also in conjunction with the Specialized Major Events Management
  • Management of relationships with the Chamber of Fashion, with the Chamber of Commerce and with other institutional entities as well as with trade associations
  • Support to the Director of Management for the issuing of the relevant opinions also with reference to cases of agreement pursuant to articles. 4 and 6 of the technical implementation standards of the PGT, for the administrative aspects of competence.
     

SPORTS AREA

  • Programming and management of intervention plans for the construction of new sports facilities and the redevelopment of existing ones, in conjunction with the Technical Interventions and Venue Safety Coordination Area for technical aspects
  • Collaboration with the Technical Interventions and Venue Safety Coordination Area, for the area of ​​competence, in the management of sports facilities, also through concessions, agreements and tenders, also with the possible involvement of the Municipalities, in conjunction with the Single Central Procurement Directorate
  • Support to the Director of Management for the issuing of the relevant opinions also with reference to cases of agreement pursuant to articles. 4 and 6 of the technical implementation standards of the PGT, for the administrative aspects of competence
  • Planning and management of initiatives aimed at involving sports clubs/associations and citizens, also in coordination with the Youth Promotion and School-Work Transition Project Management
  • Planning and implementation, also through support for public and private entities, of events and major sporting events, in conjunction with the Specialized Major Events Management
  • Planning and implementation, also in collaboration with public entities (CONI, Regional and Provincial School Office, ...) and private entities, of initiatives and events for the promotion of basic sports practice also in coordination with the Youth Promotion and School-School Transition Project Management Work
  • Operational management of relationships with CONI, Federations, Sports Promotion Bodies
  • Management of the assignment of public utility services, as well as of the instrumental activities entrusted to external parties in support of the Administration, for the area of ​​competence (Milano Sport SpA...) and management of the related service contracts, in coordination, in relation to the assignments in favor of investee entities, with the Budget and Subsidiary Management
  • Coordination of the administrative management activities of the Meazza Stadium, in conjunction with the Technical Interventions and Venue Safety Coordination Area
  • Planning, management and monitoring of projects and initiatives on the themes of promoting interreligious dialogue within the scope of the councilor's delegation "Relations with religious communities".
