The Price List of the Municipality of Milan lists the "works", and the relative price, for the execution of public works and is therefore the tool used by designers, at the time of drafting the project, for the economic estimate of the public works necessary for the satisfaction of the needs and services of the city of Milan.

It is also used as a reference for the liquidation of the works carried out.
It is also used by other bodies and private individuals, as an economic reference, for the planning of works even if they are not strictly municipal competence.

The Price List includes approximately 40.000 items divided into price items for completed works, price items for the supply of materials, labor and various rentals of equipment used in the execution of construction, plant, road and street furniture works, whose cost values ​​are updated according to the indications dictated by the former art. 133 of Legislative Decree. n. 163/06, and is structured in n. 4 volumes in addition to a fifth volume called "Technical Specifications" which describes the particular requirements, additional to the technical regulations in force, requested by the Municipal Administration to allow the best implementation of the works in compliance with environmental needs.

The 2017 Price List is effective from 1 January 2017 and ceases to be valid on 31 December 2017.

This edition of the 2017 Price List is also developed, in its technical and administrative updating activities, in implementation of the UNI EN ISO 9001 standard as per Quality Certificate no. 12800 issued by the "Certiquality" Certification Institute

The 2017 Price List,  as with previous versions, is not for sale but can be downloaded free of charge in PDF format and in a computerized version through standard exchange files (HTML and XML) which allows its use with applications normally in use, in the "section attachments" on this page.

Note: For computerized versions, it is specified that the Municipality of Milan will not be responsible for any changes that users may make in whole or in part to the Price List and Technical Specifications. However, in the event of disputes, the contents of the paper copy attached to the Executive Decision approving the Price List kept in the archives of the Facility Management - Public Works and Technical Coordination Area of ​​the Municipality of Milan will prevail.

NOTICE OF INTEGRATIONS TO LIST ITEMS AND ERRATA CORRIGE
It was necessary to integrate the 2017 Price List with missing price items relating to "Electrical systems", in chapter 1E.02 of Volume 1.2, and in chapter ME.02 of Volume 2.2.
From the consultation of the 2017 Price List, clerical errors were detected relating to the transcription of articles from 1E.02.040.0160 to 1E.02.040.0200 of Volume 1.2.
In the Technical Specifications Volume, the chapter relating to "restoration of the bituminous conglomerate pavement following the construction of underground services on the road" has been replaced with the new chapter "Restorations following tampering due to interventions on the underground services on the road".
With resolution no. 16/2017 of 13/06/2017 of the Director of the Public Works and Technical Coordination Area, the additions and corrections in the Price List in question have been approved.
