The Price List of the Municipality of Milan lists the "works", and the relative price, for the execution of public works and is therefore the tool used by designers, at the time of drafting the project, for the economic estimate of the public works necessary for the satisfaction of the needs and services of the city of Milan.
It is also used as a reference for the liquidation of the works carried out.
It is also used by private individuals, as an economic reference, for the planning of works even if they are not strictly the responsibility of the municipality.
The Price List is drawn up in compliance with legislation on safety in the workplace. In fact, the prices in the Price List highlight the cost value of the safety indicated in a column next to the price of the processing.

It follows that the overall price of a "completed work" job is given by the sum of the values ​​indicated in the Price List.

The Price List includes approximately 40.000 items divided into price items for completed works, price items for the supply of materials, unit costs of labor and various rentals of equipment used in the execution of building, plant, road and street furniture, whose cost values ​​of materials are updated in compliance with the indications dictated by the current Regulation implementing the Legislative Decree. n. 163/06 and subsequent amendments, and is structured in n. 4 volumes in addition to a fifth volume called "Technical Specifications" which describes the particular requirements, additional to the technical regulations in force, requested by the Municipal Administration to allow the best implementation of the works in compliance with environmental needs.

The 2013 Price List has been in force since 1 January 2013 and is continuously updated in compliance with regulatory requirements. This edition of the 2013 Price List will be applied by the Municipal Administration to the preliminary projects covered by the Three-Year Plan of Public Works 2013 - 2015. The subsequent project phases (definitive and executive) will be estimated with the same price list.

This edition of the 2013 Price List is also developed, in its technical and administrative updating activities, in implementation of the UNI EN ISO 9001 standard as per Quality Certificate no. 12800 issued by the "Certiquality" Certification Institute

Price: €290,00 for the paper version consisting of five indivisible volumes (Price List + Technical Specifications); €. 20,00 for the single CD-Rom version containing the five volumes. 
Payment can be made in cash or by bank draft payable to the Municipality of Milan.
