2012 edition

The Price List of the Municipality of Milan lists the "works", and the related price, for the execution of public works and is therefore the tool used by designers, at the time of drafting the project, for the economic estimate of the public works necessary to satisfy the needs and services of the city of Milan.
It is also used as a reference for the liquidation of the works carried out.
It is also used by private individuals, as an economic reference, for the planning of works even if they are not strictly the responsibility of the municipality.

The Price List is drawn up in compliance with legislation on safety in the workplace. In fact, the prices in the Price List highlight the cost value of the safety indicated in a column next to the price of the processing.
It follows that the overall price of a job "work done" is given by the sum of the values indicated in the Price List.

With the 2012 edition of the Price List, an innovation was introduced highlighting, for each single price item of the completed work, the percentage incidence of the labor normally used to carry out the work in the technical and technological standards of correct workmanship.

The Price List includes approximately 28.000 price items for completed works, in addition to the price items for the supply of materials, unit costs of labor and various rentals of equipment used in the execution of building, plant, road and furnishing works. urban, whose cost values of materials are updated in compliance with the indications dictated by the current Regulation implementing the Legislative Decree. n. 163/06 and subsequent amendments, and is structured in n. 4 volumes plus a fifth volume named "Technical specifications" which describes the particular requirements, additional to the technical regulations in force, requested by the Municipal Administration to allow the best implementation of the works in compliance with environmental needs.

The 2012 Price List has been in force since 1 January 2012 and is continuously updated in compliance with regulatory requirements. This edition of the 2012 Price List will be applied by the Municipal Administration to the preliminary projects covered by the Three-Year Plan of Public Works 2012 - 2014.
