The Price List of the Municipality of Milan lists the "works", and the relative price, for the execution of public works and is therefore the tool used by designers, at the time of drafting the project, for the economic estimate of the public works necessary for the satisfaction of the needs and services of the city of Milan.
It is also used as a reference for the liquidation of the works carried out.
It is also used by private individuals, as an economic reference, for the planning of works even if they are not strictly the responsibility of the municipality.
The Price List is drawn up in compliance with legislation on safety in the workplace. In fact, the prices in the Price List highlight the cost value of the safety indicated in a column next to the price of the processing.
It follows that the overall price of a "completed work" job is given by the sum of the values ​​indicated in the Price List.

The Price List includes approximately 28.000 price items for completed works, in addition to the price items for the supply of materials, unit costs of labor and various rentals of equipment used in the execution of building, plant, road and furnishing works. urban, whose cost values ​​of materials are updated in compliance with the indications provided by the Ministerial Decree of 30.04.2009, and is structured in n. 4 volumes in addition to a fifth volume called "Technical Specifications" which describes the particular requirements, additional to the technical regulations in force, requested by the Municipal Administration to allow the best implementation of the works in compliance with environmental needs.

This edition of the 2011 Price List is also developed, in its technical and administrative updating activities, in implementation of the UNI EN ISO 9001 standard as per Quality Certificate no. 12800 issued by the "Certiquality" Certification Institute

The 2011 Price List has been in force since 1 January 2011 and is continuously updated in compliance with regulatory requirements. This edition of the 2011 Price List applies to the preliminary projects covered by the Three-Year Public Works Plan 2011 - 2013. The subsequent project phases (definitive and executive) are estimated with the same price list.

NOTICE OF CORRECTION
From consultation of the 2011 Price List, a clerical error was detected relating to the transcription of article 1U.04.120.0105 inserted in Volume 1.1. on page 282.
With Resolution no. 3/2011 of 27/05/2011 of the Sector Director, the correction of the material error found in the Price List in question was approved.
