Fees received by the Municipality of Milan from January to December 2024

The fees received by the Municipality of Milan for the rental/concession of spaces managed directly by the Territorial Services Management, Security and Control Area - Education Directorate - in the period January/March 2024 amount to €20.158,98.

The Territorial Services Security Management and Control Area manages 3 contracts for three different locations, collecting an indemnity for extra-contractual occupation while waiting for the assignment of spaces through an ongoing public notice procedure.

For another contract no fee is received as compensation procedures are in place for that location for work carried out by and at the expense of the concessionaire/lessee.

Fees received by the Municipality of Milan from January to December 2023

The fees received by the Municipality of Milan for the rental/concession of spaces managed directly by the Territorial Services Management, Security and Control Area - Education Directorate - in the period January/December 2023 amount to €89.616,93

There are 2 current contracts managed while for another 3 an indemnity is collected by way of extra-contractual occupation while waiting for the assignment of spaces through an ongoing public notice procedure

It should be noted that for one of the current contracts there are compensation procedures in place for work carried out by and at the expense of the dealer/lessee and therefore no fee is received.

The fees received by the Municipality of Milan for the rental/concession of spaces managed directly by the Territorial Services Security and Control Area - Education Directorate - in the period January/December 2022 amount to Euro 66.708,84

There are 5 contracts managed but there are 4 contracts for which the fee is collected.
In fact, for the fifth, compensation procedures are in place for work carried out by and at the expense of the concessionaire/lessee.

The fees received by the Municipality of Milan for the rental/concession of spaces managed directly by the School and Educational Services Area - Education Department - in the period January/December 2021 amount to Euro 63.912,60

There are 6 contracts managed but there are 4 contracts for which the fee is collected.
For the remaining 2, compensation procedures are in place for work carried out by and at the expense of the dealer/lessee.

The fees received by the Municipality of Milan for the rental/concession of spaces managed directly by the School and Educational Services Area - Education Department - in the period January/December 2020 amount to €36.693,50. 

There are 6 contracts managed but there are 4 contracts for which the fee is collected.
For the remaining 2, compensation procedures are in place for work carried out by and at the expense of the dealer/lessee.

Fees received by the Municipality of Milan from January to December 2019

The fees received by the Municipality of Milan for the rental/activity concession of spaces managed directly by the School and Educational Services Area - Education Directorate - in the period January/December 2019 amount to Euro 36.887,24. 

There are 6 contracts managed but there are 4 contracts for which the fee is collected.
For the remaining 2, compensation procedures are in place for work carried out by and at the expense of the dealer/lessee.

Fees received by the Municipality of Milan from January to December 2018

The fees received by the Municipality of Milan for the active leasing/concession of spaces directly managed by the School and Educational Services Area - Education Department - in the period January - December 2018 amount to €36.575,39. 

There are 6 contracts managed but there are 4 contracts for which the fee is collected.
For the remaining 2, compensation procedures are in place for work carried out by and at the expense of the dealer/lessee.

Fees received by the Municipality of Milan for the provision of rural funds managed by the Education Directorate and relating to the Food Policy Area 

From 6 February 2022, following the reorganization of the Institution, the responsibilities relating to the agricultural leasing of rural lands owned by the Municipality of Milan located in the territorial area of ​​institutional reference of the Institution have been transferred to the Food Policy Area of ​​the Education Directorate.

The Municipality of Milan receives two types of agricultural rental fees from the agricultural land it owns:

• agricultural leases for the management and custody of agricultural funds owned by the municipality characterized by the presence of only land
• agricultural leases for the management and custody of agricultural land owned by the municipality characterized by the presence of land and farm buildings subject to fee deductions for land improvement interventions on the properties themselves.

Below are the following updates relating to the month of March 2024 from the:

• agricultural leases for the management of agricultural funds owned by the municipality with indication of the fees due and received for 2023 updated to 31 March 2024; the relevant table is attached.

From 6 February 2022, following the reorganization of the Authority, the responsibilities were transferred to the Territorial Services Security Management and Control Area.
