Fees received by the Municipality of Milan for the provision of real estate belonging to the Urban Regeneration Directorate, in particular:

Specialist Directorate for Direct Implementation PGT and SUE - data of properties under concession for use of spaces (years from 2019 to 31/12/2023).

Implementation Planning Area 2 - data of properties under concession and temporary rental, as well as data of contracts stipulated, pursuant to art. 27, paragraph 19 of law no. 448/2001 (annual from 2019 to 31/12/2023).

Implementation and Strategic Urban Planning Area (now Implementation Planning Area 1) - data relating to the former Pavilion 3 property within the City Life PII. Property temporarily assigned until 31/12/2019, according to the criteria and fees established with Management Decisions no. 54 of 17.12.2014 and n. 2 of 26.02.2018 and the subject of a disposal procedure concluded in December 2019 (year 2019).

The table relating to the Green Area, Agriculture and Street Furnishings is also published, the responsibility of which - from 31/12/2019 - has been transferred to another Directorate.
