With specific reference to the contractual types indicated below:

- concessions for the use of spaces for the year 2019 (n. 12 free of charge), for the year 2020 (n. 11 free of charge), which are not susceptible to further variations; concession in use for the year 2021 (no. 6 free of charge) with various purposes to associations, for the carrying out of activities relating to projects with social purposes, public use, association services, updated to 31 July 2021 and not susceptible to change for the entire month of January 2022; the relevant tables are attached;

- agricultural leases for the management and custody of agricultural funds owned by the municipality - year 2021 updated to 31 January 2022, specifying that the difference between the amount to be received and the amount received is to be attributed to the technical times necessary to collect the sums that can give rise to a slippage beyond the expiry date of the relevant semester; the relevant table is attached;

- agricultural leases for the management and custody of agricultural funds owned by the municipality - year 2020 updated to 31 October 2021 with the fees received in the year 2021 and not susceptible to variation through the month of January 2022; the relevant table is attached;

- agricultural leases for the management and custody of agricultural funds owned by the municipality - year 2019 updated to the payments approved on 31 October 2021 with the fees received in the year 2021 and not susceptible to further changes on 31 January 2022; Attached are the relevant tables with compensation for the deduction of agricultural leases located in:

• Via F.lli Zoia 194 (Cascina Linterno) for activities carried out (Council Resolution 1323 of 23/07/2015);
• Via Della Chiesa Rossa (Cascina Basmetto) for works carried out on the municipal property (Deliberation of the Municipal Council 1798 of 13 October 2015);
• Via Novara, Silla Lucio Cornelio, Caldera, Cascina Barocco, Scanini, Flli Zoia (Cascina Caldera) for works carried out on the property (Deliberation of the Municipal Council 1798 of 13 October 2015);
• Viale Turkey (Cascina San Gregorio Vecchio) for works carried out on the municipal property (Deliberation of the Municipal Council 1798 of 13 October 2015);
• Via Manduria, Pescara (Cascina Tre Ronchetti) for works carried out on the municipal property (Deliberation of the Municipal Council 1798 of 13 October 2015);
• Via Marignano (Cascina San Martino) for works carried out on the municipal property (Deliberation of the Municipal Council 1798 of 13 October 2015);
• Via Cavriana, Vaiano Valle (Cascina Sant'Ambrogio) for works carried out on the municipal property (Deliberation of the Municipal Council 1798 of 13 October 2015);
• Via Campazzino (Cascina Campazzo) for works carried out on the municipal property (Deliberation of the Municipal Council 1798 of 13 October 2015).

All amounts are net of VAT.

Information regarding the previous periods can be found in the section referring to the Urban Planning Directorate, responsible for the matter until the reorganization of the administrative structure on 9 September 2019. Information regarding the period after 6 February 2022 can be found in the section referring to the Education Directorate, responsible for the matter following the reorganization of the administrative structure which took place on the same date.

The management activity carried out by the Municipal Areas takes the form of:

- concessions for the use of school premises and multi-purpose spaces to sporting, cultural, recreational associations, etc. which mainly carry out course activities aimed at children, teenagers and adults; this type of use is characterized by its short duration, which can even be limited to a few hours; the related fee is partly represented by the reimbursement of some expenses and can be defined overall only at the end of use in relation to the number of hours used;

- concessions for the use of vegetable plots, sports facilities and various spaces to certain parties who use them for the entire duration of the concession contract;

- in very limited cases the space management activity takes the form of leasing or rental contracts.

The fees received by the Municipality of Milan under lease or rental contracts of spaces managed by the Deputy Management Area and Municipality 1 (until 8 September 2019), by the Coordination Area and Municipality 1 (from 9 September 2019) and by Municipality areas 2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9 in the period 1 January - 31 December 2019 amount to €10.105,00 = (amount including VAT in accordance with the law).

The fees received by the Municipality of Milan for the concession of use of premises and spaces managed by the Deputy Management Area and Municipality 1 (until 8 September 2019), by the Coordination Area and Municipality 1 (from 9 September 2019) and by the Municipality Areas 2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9 in the period 1 January - 31 December 2019 amount to €646.989,51 = (amount including VAT in accordance with the law).

The fees received by the Municipality of Milan under lease or rental contracts for spaces managed by the Coordination Area and Municipality 1 and by the Municipality Areas 2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9 in the period 1 January - 31 December 2020 amount to €2.500,00 = (amount including VAT in accordance with the law).

The fees received by the Municipality of Milan for the concession of use of premises and spaces managed by the Coordination Area and Municipality 1 and by the Municipality Areas 2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9 in the period 1 January - 31 December 2020 amount to €288.735,26 = (amount including VAT in accordance with the law).

The fees received by the Municipality of Milan under lease or rental contracts for spaces managed by the Coordination Area and Municipality 1 and by the Municipality Areas 2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9 in the period 1 January - 31 December 2021 amount to €15.048,77 (amount including VAT in accordance with the law).

The amount refers to a single contract relating to the Coordination Area and Municipality 1 and includes, in addition to the rent installments referring to the current year, also rent installments referring to the year 2020 paid in 2021, as well as the ISTAT update .

The amounts received by the Municipality of Milan for the concession of use of premises and spaces managed by the Coordination Area and Municipality 1 and by the Municipality Areas 2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9 in the period 1 January - 31 December 2021 amount to €275.036,09 = (amount including VAT in accordance with the law).
