Transparency of local public services of economic importance
The art. 31 of Legislative Decree 23 December 2022, No. 201 "Reorganization of the regulation of public services of economic importance" has attributed to the awarding bodies the task of publishing the documents indicated in paragraph 1 of the same article, as well as the in-house award provisions of an amount exceeding the thresholds of European relevance in the field of public contracts and the related service contract. The above is consistent with the operational provisions contained in PIAO of the Municipality of Milan.
