Three-year plan for purchasing goods and services
The art. 37 paragraph 3 of Legislative Decree no. 36/2023 provides that purchases of goods and services of an estimated amount equal to or greater than the threshold referred to in article 50, paragraph 1, letter b) are carried out on the basis of a three-year plan and its annual updates. From 01.07.2023, this threshold corresponds to an amount equal to or greater than €140.000.
The art. 37 also establishes that the administrations prepare and approve such documents in compliance with the planning documents and in coherence with the budget, according to the rules of economic-financial planning and accounting principles.
Starting from 01.01.2024, the three-year planning of the purchases of goods and services is subject to publication in the National Database of Public Contracts of Anac.
