Publication of substitute declarations and official acquisition of data pursuant to art. 35 paragraph 3 of Legislative Decree no. 33/2013 and subsequent amendments.

The art. 43 paragraph 1 of Presidential Decree no. 445/2000 and subsequent amendments. provides that public administrations and managers of public services are required to automatically acquire the information covered by the substitutive declarations referred to in articles 46 and 47, as well as all data and documents in the possession of the public administrations, subject to indication by of the interested party, of the essential elements for obtaining the information or data requested, or to accept the substitutive declaration produced by the interested party.

Therefore, public administrations and managers of public services who need to carry out the checks provided for by art. 43 of the Presidential Decree at the Municipality of Milan. 445/2000 on the data contained in the personal and civil status registers can be accessed through a specific web application or through the interoperability platform (Web Services), subject to accreditation by signing the specific form downloadable in the attachments section, which must be addressed to the Directorate of Civic Services, Participation and Sport via PEC to:

The response will be provided via certified e-mail no later than 30 days from the submission of the request.
