Accessibility and Catalog of data, metadata and databases

In this section the information referred to in the art. is published. 53 1bis, Legislative Decree no. 82/2005.

This rule provides for the publication of the catalog of data, metadata and related databases in their possession and the regulations governing the exercise of the right of electronic access and reuse.

They are also reported pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 106/2018, the accessibility statement and the accessibility objectives drawn up pursuant to art. 9, paragraph 7, Legislative Decree 18 October 2012 n.179, converted with amendments by Law 17 December 2012 n. 221 on accessibility to websites and IT services - obligations of Public Administrations; objectives published on the website of the Agency for Digital Italy of the Presidency of the Council of Ministers.

We provide the link to access the data sets available on the relevant site Open Data of the Municipality of Milan and the link relating to the publication of the aforementioned accessibility objectives.

The PIAO - Integrated Activity and Organization Plan 2024-2026 – pursuant to art. 6 of Legislative Decree n. 80/2021, converted with amendments into Law no. 113/2021, approved by the City Council, with resolution no. 108 of 1 February 2024, reports the actions aimed at achieving full physical and digital accessibility to the Administration by vulnerable subjects, which can be consulted in Section 3. Organization and human capital.

Teleworking plan

 Publication pursuant to art. 9, paragraph 7, of Legislative Decree 179/2012, converted with amendments by Law 221/2012

  • The Municipality of Milan with Management Determination of the Director of the Human Resources and Organization Sector n. 119 of 12/04/2013 introduced home teleworking in an experimental phase as a new form of flexible work. 
  • It uses home teleworking in order to:
  • introduce staff management and work organization methods aimed at reconciling the needs of the structures with better living conditions for the worker;
  • give the worker the opportunity to choose a different working method that safeguards the system of personal and collective relationships in terms of professional growth, training and motivation
