Technological Innovation and Digital Transformation Board

Objectives and commitments
 

  • Carry out proactive, impetus, analysis and in-depth functions on issues relating to technological innovation and digital transformation in order to support the competent technical and administrative structures of the Institution in the implementation of the relevant policies.
  • Carry out a survey of the organisation's processes and services in order to formulate any proposals for simplification and implementation to the Mayor, with a view to their complementarity and integration. 
  • Promote the dynamics of interaction with all stakeholders operating in the sector and collaboration with bodies, administrations, universities in order to encourage the creation of synergies, partnerships and planning networks in the field of digitalisation and innovation. 
  • Report to the Mayor any issues or areas of intervention of significant strategic importance, as well as identify focuses for discussion on digitalisation and technological innovation processes of particular interest for the organisation, also in relation to the guidelines on digital transformation contained in the PNRR.

  • «OLYMPICS AND WINTER 2026» support the administration in proposing digital services for incoming and international hospitality;
  • «MILAN DIGITAL 2030» support the communication of activities, existing digital services and new solutions;
  • implement and digitize the offering of digital services.
