Have you received a settlement notice for a tax or amount owed to the Municipality? Here's what you can do.
1. If you have not paid the amount of the deed requested from you in the settlement notice
- proceed to pay the settlement notice within 60 days of notification

It is possible to request an installment payment by following the instructions on the page comune.milano.it/rateazione
We inform you that the installment of the debt will be granted after evaluating the previous arrears. If installment payments are granted, all previous debts will be automatically merged with the exception of those already paid in installments and those relating to ongoing precautionary and/or enforcement procedures.
2. If the payment terms of the settlement notice have expired and you have not yet made the payment
- regularizes the payment.
3. If you had paid the previous deed, indicated in the settlement notice, within the deadlines
- notify our offices of the payment.
4. If the data indicated in the settlement notice is incorrect
- send a report to our offices.
