Ottotubi is a non-profit association that promotes the use of the bicycle as a means of travel.

In the spaces that the Municipality has assigned to it in Via Confalonieri 3, the association has created a cycle workshop, a cycling library and organizes courses, workshops, itineraries and practical and experiential cycling laboratories.
