Milan Helps - Winter it is the service that the Municipality of Milan offers to homeless people to face the winter period and the cold temperatures.

During the winter period, a gradual expansion of beds is expected, during the night, within the structures belonging to the Municipal Administration and those made available by Third Sector Bodies.
The Municipality is working to increase the available beds and asks citizens and operators to take action to report vulnerable people in need who live on the streets.
To access the facilities, a medical screening with Mantoux Test and general medical examination is required.

The service also includes the strengthening of the Mobile Units, other ancillary services and initiatives, which can be consulted in the sections of interest.
