The recipients of the contribution are people who meet the following requirements:

1. residence in the Municipality of Milan when completing the application: the requirement must remain for the entire duration of the benefit, i.e. until 30/06/2024;
2. percentage of disability: the person with medium/severe/non-self-sufficient disability is in a condition of severity greater than 73% (i.e. between 74% and 100%). In the FC7 "disability and non-self-sufficiency" section of your Single Substitutive Declaration (DSU) for the calculation of the 2023 ISEE, the degree of medium/severe disability or non-self-sufficiency must be indicated;
3. inability to use public transport: the person with medium/severe/non-self-sufficient disabilities is in such a condition that they necessarily have to travel with their own vehicle (or in the name of a family member/guardian/Support Administrator), with a taxi or with an equipped vehicle, for the needs indicated at point 1 "Subject of the Notice";
4. Valid ISEE 2023 requirement: the applicant's family unit must have a certificate Isee ordinary less than €40.000,00 currently valid (ISEE 2023 certificate expiring 31/12/2023 already obtained through INPS/CAF at the time of completing the application);
5. conformity of the registered family unit and of the family unit declared in the DSU: Please note that the family unit declared on the valid ISEE 2023 must coincide with the unit registered at the registry office of the Municipality of Milan - the inconsistency between the two will be grounds for exclusion;
6. in case of choosing the company title relating to the reimbursement for the use of one's own car (i.e. registered in the name of a family member or guardian/support administrator): it is necessary that the beneficiary or parent/guardian/family member holds a valid driving license and does not suffer from pathologies/disabilities that prevent the use of a motor vehicle .

Important

The valid 2023 ISEE Certificate must have already been obtained from INPS/CAF at the time of completing the application.

Mobility support is recognized for at least one of the following justified needs (duly accompanied by proof of presence): 

1. go to the workplace;
2. go to the school attended (it is specified that school transport for compulsory schooling is excluded from this service, which is the responsibility of the Education Directorate - as it is governed by the legislation on the right to education);
3. go to the university faculty to attend the relevant courses;
4. go to a specialized facility for a therapy/intervention linked to the beneficiary's pathology/disability.

By way of example, the following services may fall into this category: 

• therapies (physiotherapy, hippotherapy, speech therapy, psychomotor skills, chemotherapy, etc.);
• medical visits (blood tests, periodic routine check-ups) carried out in relation to the specific pathology and/or disability;
• go to and/or return from a day service/listening and/or consultancy center or from a specialized structure, if the transport service is not already guaranteed by the Municipality as a municipal/accredited structure.

5. go to recreational or socializing facilities for the purpose of carrying out a specific personalized project prepared by the local social services.

However, transport necessary for attending sporting activities in general which is not strictly connected, with adequate justification, to the applicant's pathology and/or disability is not included in cases 4 or 5.

  •   Ordinary ISEE from 0 to €10.000
              Transport by private car and taxi – Annual – Max: €3.000
              Transport with specialized vehicles – Annual – Max: €3.500

  •   Ordinary ISEE from 10.000,01 to €30.000
              Transport by private car and taxi – Annual – Max: €2.000
              Transport with specialized vehicles – Annual – Max: €2.500

   •  Ordinary ISEE from €30.000,01 to €39.999
              Transport by private car and taxi – Annual – Max: €1.500
              Transport with specialized vehicles – Annual – Max: €2.000

  •   Ordinary ISEE from €40.000 and above
              Transport by private car and taxi: Cost to be paid entirely by the citizen
              Transport with specialized vehicles: Cost to be paid entirely by the citizen

Attach one or more of the following documents: 

• copy of the report verifying the condition of civil disability exceeding 73% - or between 74% and 100%;
• copy of the report verifying the serious condition pursuant to art. 3 c. 3 of law 104/1992 – currently valid;
• copy of the certificate of recognition of the accompanying allowance pursuant to L.508/88 or L. 18/1980 - currently valid; for disability reports subject to review - Receipt of invitation to the review visit by the Medical Commission.

In addition, you must attach at least one of the following documents: 

1. copy of the home page/header of the account statement where the information relating to the account holder and the IBAN code is visible;
2. copy of the PostePay card in which both the connected IBAN code and the person's name and surname are visible;
3. IBAN in the name of the ADS - in this case it is necessary to attach, in addition to the document proving ownership of the current account, also the Decree appointing the Support Administrator.
    

The outcome of the request will be communicated to the email address connected to the SPID used at the time of the application and via text message to the mobile number indicated.
