The day and night reception at the facility offers guests:

• shower service;
• laundry service;
• luggage storage;
• wardrobe;
• evening canteen service;
• library with PC stations and wifi;
• mixed living rooms with television;
• nursing unit.

Furthermore, during your stay, it is possible to benefit from socio-educational services and the day centre, aimed at strengthening the individual autonomy of those who turn to the facility.

The structure also welcomes mother - child families in social emergency situations, for which, in addition to socio-educational interventions, it guarantees:

• pediatric assistance and accompaniment to the pediatrician of free choice and, where necessary, to specialist interventions;
• scholastic support and assistance in attending public school;
• socio-educational activities both in Casa Jannacci and in other local entities (e.g. sports activities);
• supply of necessary goods (e.g. powdered milk, baby food/baby food, diapers, school supplies and books, clothing and shoes).

The reception is aimed at Italian, foreign or stateless women and men:

• aged between 18 and 65, with psychophysical self-sufficiency that allows life in the community;
• with an income not exceeding the "vital minimum", equivalent to the INPS minimum pension for employees;
• without accommodation in the city or elsewhere;
• without real estate ownership.

A may be required contribution both for the bed and for the meals, the amount of which is established based on the specific situation of the interested party.

Before entering the facility, interviews are held to assess both the needs of those who turn to the reception center and the social, welfare and educational support projects.

The times of stay are established based on the personal project agreed between the guest and the reference operators.
