Welfare and Health Services Charter

La Welfare and Health Services Charter refers to the system of welfare and health promotion services and interventions under municipal public management, managed directly by the Administration or in collaboration with Third Sector, private social and voluntary sector bodies, through the different legal forms provided for by the law. The document provides all the fundamental information relating to the characteristics, access methods and quality standards that the services must comply with.

The Charter, in its renewed edition 2023, is the result of extensive revision work on previous editions which involved the entire Welfare and Health Department to systematise, simplify and make the information contained therein more accessible and, therefore, bring the Milanese welfare institutions closer to the people.
