The Lope de Vega Spring Section welcomes a total of 20 children and is located on the ground floor inside the nursery school of the same name.

The Spring Section welcomes girls and boys aged between 24 and 36 months. During the day the proposals are organized with groups of balanced numbers and responsive to the specific needs of the 2-3 year age group. Educators take care of girls and boys and support their growth path through the design of spaces and the setting up of specific educational experiences for this age group.

At the end of the educational year, the Spring Section promotes and supports the transition of girls and boys to the "related" nursery school, to guarantee the "continuity" of the educational path.

The Section represents the basic space where girls and boys spend the moments of greatest emotional involvement of the educational day.

In addition to the section, girls and boys access various educational experiences in the common areas of the School: the laboratory space, the motor space, the library and the garden.

Lunch is provided by Milano Ristorazione which manages its transport and daily delivery. Lunch is administered by the educational staff who accompanies girls and boys on their journey of self-knowledge and sensorial experimentation.

In the Spring Section, 3 educators are involved, coordinated by a Manager. The educational college is responsible for the planning and implementation of the educational paths promoted during the year. In the presence of girls or boys with disabilities, the presence of educational support staff is expected. The auxiliary staff present ensures the care and cleaning of the spaces.

The section is the privileged place of emotional and relational reference in which girls and boys acquire safety and develop autonomy. It is designed for and with children and is divided into specific and diversified spaces where girls and boys play, discover and experiment together with their peers and educators.

In each section there is a space dedicated to resting for girls and boys, a space for lunch and adjacent toilets. The educators, in preparing these spaces and these moments, guarantee an organization of the educational day that is careful to encourage the child's actions and self-care, in the constant presence and accompaniment of the adult.

The sections directly overlook the school garden.

The common spaces are contexts conceived and designed to accompany girls and boys to explore "beyond" their own section. In the common areas, laboratories, ateliers and installations are offered that accompany girls and boys to experiment with different languages and learning contexts.

For our Spring Section, a laboratory space is available, dedicated to creativity and the discovery/use of various natural and recycled materials, a space dedicated to motor play, a corner set up and characterized with furnishings that support and encourage symbolic play and the library that is used by all children for reading moments.

Exploring the "outside", be it a courtyard or the school garden, means getting closer and exploring the cycle of life and the seasons, researching nature, gradually getting to know the world we live in, to understand it and learn to take care of it.

The garden at our disposal is large and shaded and allows us to offer children various play and discovery experiences. There is an equipped space that facilitates motor play, flowers are planted and then taken care of, countless natural elements are collected and selected.
