The Ciriè Spring Section welcomes 20 girls and boys aged between 24 and 36 months and is located in the Ciriè Nursery School pavilion.

The spring section is characterized as an experience in continuity with the nursery school, with which it shares the spaces and, gradually over the course of the year, the activities and is characterized by a planning that integrates the specific care dimensions of the nursery with the purposes nursery school education.

The spring section, at the end of the educational year, promotes and supports the transition of girls and boys to the relevant nursery school, to guarantee the continuity of the educational path, without the need to proceed with re-enrolment.

Lunch is provided by the Milan Catering Center of the relevant nursery (Ciriè nursery school).

The section is the privileged place of emotional and relational reference in which girls and boys acquire security and develop autonomy. It is designed for and with children and is divided into specific and diversified spaces where boys and girls play, discover and experiment together with peers and educators.

The sleeping space, shared with the nursery school, is adjacent to the section and is also used as a motor space.

The common spaces are designed as places to welcome adults and children and are designed to accompany girls and boys in exploring contexts and places even "beyond" their own section.

In addition to the section, girls and boys access educational experiences in the common areas of the school and nursery: the racking space, the garden, and the motor space.

Exploring the "outside", be it a courtyard or the school garden, means getting closer and exploring the cycle of life and the seasons, researching nature, gradually getting to know the world that lives there, to understand it and learn to take care of it. The girls and boys use the school and nursery garden.
