Spaces under construction

The Zambeletti nursery welcomes a total of 48 children and is located on the first floor of a structure which also includes a nursery school.
The sections are organized in such a way as to accommodate "medium-large" children (children between 13 and 36 months) in balanced numbers that respond to the specific needs of the age group.
In addition to the section, girls and boys access various educational experiences in the common areas of the nursery: a laboratory space, a library and a garden in an internal courtyard.
Lunch is provided by Milano Ristorazione which manages its transport and daily delivery. Lunch is administered by the educational staff who accompanies girls and boys on their journey of self-knowledge and sensorial experimentation.

The educational college, coordinated by the Manager, is responsible for the planning and implementation of the educational paths promoted during the year. In the presence of girls or boys with disabilities, the presence of educational support staff is expected.

The auxiliary staff ensures the care and cleaning of the nursery spaces.

The section represents the space where boys and girls spend most of the educational day. It is a privileged place of experience in which to rediscover a sense of belonging and stability, create bonds and recognize oneself as a group. There are two sections. The layout of the section is designed to allow the diversification of experiences and moments of the day, consolidate routines and offer stimuli suited to the needs of the group. The educators, in preparing these spaces and these moments, guarantee an organization of the educational day that is careful to encourage the child's actions, the exploration of spaces and materials and self-care, with the presence and constant accompaniment of the adult.

The common spaces are designed as places to welcome adults and children and are designed to accompany girls and boys in exploring, gradually over the course of the year, contexts and places even "beyond" their own section.

There is a laboratory space and a corner dedicated to a small library that can be used by girls and boys. Two sleeping spaces are provided, one per section.

Exploring the "outside" means living in larger spaces than the section space, gradually exploring the garden and being in the open air means expanding the possibilities of discovery and experimentation and offering gradually more articulated and complex educational paths. It means approaching and exploring the cycle of life and the seasons, researching nature, gradually getting to know the world that lives there, to understand it and learn to take care of it.

In the nursery there is a garden space below which remains protected and away from the road.
