Spring sections: the offer

Aimed at girls and boys aged 24 to 36 months, the Spring section is organized into homogeneous groups by age (maximum 20, between girls and boys) and is structured into activities that integrate the pedagogical projects of the nursery school with specific "skills". of the nursery.

Everything is aimed at guaranteeing educational paths consistent with the developmental stages of girls and boys, achievable thanks to educational continuity, at the connection with the previous and subsequent routes and at the co-presence of educators nursery and nursery school.

The actions that each Spring Section carries out have the aim of encouraging creativity and imagination, the development of corporeity and the evolution of language.

The Spring section, like the nursery and nursery school, encourages collaboration and dialogue between parents, male and female educators united by the common objective of sharing good practices and strategies for the development and well-being of girls and boys.

Daily communication, documentation of the experiences that children progressively develop, section meetings and conversations between parents and educators are indispensable moments that promote participation and educational co-responsibility between the Spring section and families.

Welcoming a girl or boy with a disability or in a fragile condition means making a commitment to her parents and to the community. Thanks also to the contribution of educational support staff, educators and parents collaborate in the drafting of the PEI - Individualized Educational Project, with the aim of identifying treatment paths and targeted educational activities that promote the integration and growth of girls and boys.

To enhance and best finalize every educational action, the school also actively collaborates with the local area, social services and socio-health services.

The Spring Section is a "transition time" from nursery to nursery school; it is the first educational and scholastic experience, which precedes entry to nursery school and which we try to encourage as much as possible through educational continuity.

Continuity means educating about passage and transitions, promoting curiosity and willingness to change, teaching girls and boys to constantly reorganize their resources and welcome new opportunities for growth, promoting coherence between different educational, scholastic and family experiences.
