Research publications Call Urban Factor 2019

Confirming the Urban Center's vocation as a laboratory for investigation and understanding of urban phenomena linked to the contemporary city, the idea of ​​starting a series of publications dedicated to the research and exploration of urban and territorial themes, as well as the relationship between the city, its inhabitants, the gender city and the public space, with the aim of providing the public with ever greater elements of discussion, information and best practices. In this context, in 2022 two of the research studies carried out as part of the 2019 "Call for Ideas URBAN FACTOR" were published, specifically:

  1. Milano Atlas of Gender, by Florencia Andreola and Azzurra Muzzonigro (in reality the first edition dates back to 2021);
  2. Milano Spazio Pubblico, by Chiara Quinzii and Diego Terna (in reality the first edition dates back to 2021).

Itineraries 2022

As part of the Urban Regeneration Forum "PLANNING MILAN, for a responsible, polycentric and attractive city", which took place from 3 to 8 November 2022, the Milan Urban Center and the Urban Regeneration Department organized the holding of 3 thematic itineraries, aimed at discussing the future transformations of the city, talk about the main projects that will change especially the less central neighborhoods and discover the current conditions and future potential of as many areas of the city, from Rubattino, passing through Bovisa, ending with Porta Vittoria and the former slaughterhouse . Below is the calendar of the 3 itineraries:
