“Novecentopiùcento” was born from the desire to reconvert and annex the Secondo Arengario to the visit itinerary of the Museo del Novecento, with the aim of creating a single large exhibition complex dedicated to modern and contemporary arts, capable of competing in terms of collections, spaces and services with the main Italian and foreign museums.

• Expansion of the exhibition spaces, to conclude the story of the history of art of the 20th century and beyond, reaching the threshold of contemporaneity.
• Development of additional services such as a conservation laboratory, cafeteria, bookshop and a new auditorium, which can also be used independently, capable of attracting different audiences.
