The project is made up of three buildings with three and five floors above ground, positioned so as to create a private courtyard equipped as a garden in the centre.
The project involves the construction/redevelopment of:
- 89 apartments of different sizes and types: studio, two-room, three-room and four-room apartments;
- common spaces available to residents;
- the garden;
- the terrace on the third floor.
