Brief description of the intervention:
- intervention to create a new garden: private area for public use;
- road redevelopment intervention on via Orti, from Corso di Porta Romana to via Curtatone.
The project involves the construction/redevelopment of public works, in particular:
- private garden for public use, as a territorial provision of services;
- road redevelopment: primary urbanization works, partly deducting primary urbanization costs, partly borne by the Operator.
Characteristics of the reference private intervention
These are public works relating to the private intervention located in via Orti 25 and via Lamarmora 26, which includes a new complex with a predominantly residential function.
