Brief description of the intervention.
The intervention involves the creation of a new equipped green area, as well as a public cycle/pedestrian connection that connects via Meucci with via Beccarini with the construction of a new bridge over the Naviglio Martesana.
The intervention also involves the redevelopment of a stretch of sidewalk along Via Meucci.
The project involves the construction/redevelopment of public works, in particular:
- renovation of the sidewalk of via Meucci from house number 47 to the intersection with via De Notari: primary urbanization works, deducting urbanization costs;
- Green area equipped with street furniture and games for children, as well as a two-way public cycle-pedestrian connection with a green belt from via Meucci to via Beccarini and a cycle-pedestrian bridge over the Naviglio: secondary urbanization works, deducting the costs of urbanization.
Characteristics of the reference private intervention.
These are public works relating to the private intervention located in the area of via Meucci n.47 which includes a new complex with a residential function (Social Residential Building).
