The Integrated Intervention Program concerns a private area of approx. 10.563, located in the south-east of Milan, near the Porta Romana airport.

Furthermore, the construction of a temporary university residence was planned as a quality standard which could be replaced by Social Residential Housing.
Built with the exception of the University Residence for which the Operator requested the conversion into Social Residential Housing for rent pursuant to art. 9.2.b of the current PGT Rules Plan.
