Brief description of the intervention:
redevelopment of Piazza Leonardo da Vinci, the area overlooking Viale Romagna, by replacing the paving of the square and the streets in front of the square, street furniture, lighting, existing play equipment and redevelopment of the tree species; redesign of the square with identification of a portion of greenery (Margherita's garden) and modification of the hydraulic system of the existing fountain.
The project involves the construction/redevelopment of public works, in particular:
redevelopment of the square: urbanization works, deducting urbanization costs

These are public works relating to the private intervention located in via Ampère 56, which includes a new complex with a residential function.
