The area close to the project lot is composed of a dense building fabric, with buildings mainly intended for residential and tertiary use.
The project consists of 2 10-storey towers and 1 6-storey building organized around a green courtyard.
The project involves the creation of:
- n. 137 apartments in subsidized subsidized housing for rent and for sale of which n. 19 apartments to be allocated to social rent;
- spaces intended for services;
- equipped green area.
