Brief description of the intervention
- Redevelopment of the entire Campus located between via Bonardi, via Ampere and via Ponzio through a redistribution and enhancement of existing volumes and the reorganization of the open connecting spaces;
- Redevelopment of the sidewalk (campus side) of Bonardi and Ponzio streets.
IThe project involves the construction/redevelopment of public works, in particular:
- The redevelopment of the existing service, pursuant to art. 8.3 of the NDA of the PdS consists of indispensable services cataloged by the Service Plan under the heading "University and research - University locations and centres" and in particular the following has been proposed: the construction of a building intended as a laboratory to support teaching activities; the construction of another building for teaching classrooms; the construction of a building for teaching classrooms; in addition to the remodeling of the internal spaces of existing buildings and other specific maintenance interventions and internal modifications.
- The redevelopment of the sidewalk (campus side) of via Bonardi and Ponzio: primary urbanization works to be paid by the operator.
