Pitteri-Canzi Agreement Building Permit

The intervention, partly nearing completion, involves the inclusion of a functional mix as follows: residence 33.441 m21.737 (of which: free 11.704 m2.000; ERS 3.093); commercial 15.000 mXNUMX; productive XNUMX mXNUMX; tertiary XNUMX.

The plan also includes the inclusion of a city park and pedestrian and green spaces connected to it, as well as the redevelopment of the Ortica underpass, the external ring of Piazza delle Rimembranze di Lambrate and Via Pitteri, dei Canzi, Tanzi , Bistolfi and Consul Flaminio.

The project involves the creation of:

  • buildings for urban functions (residential, commercial, tertiary, productive);
  • an Urban Park;
  • redevelopment of the road network, the Ortica underpass and the external ring of Piazza delle Rimembranze di Lambrate.
