The Plan is made up of 7 open and permeable courtyards arranged along a central avenue which ends with the main square to the north, in which local and urban services are concentrated as well as a new school complex.
The project involves the creation of:
- 631 apartments in subsidized housing for rent and for sale as well as 59 apartments to be allocated to social rent;
- 2.200 mXNUMX of retail space;
- a new middle school with a gym;
- various spaces intended for new services to citizens;
- open spaces intended for greenery and squares;
- a new road network within the neighborhood as well as a cycle/pedestrian path.
