The intervention on via Pacini rethinks part of the parterre of the street and the intersection with via Bazzini from a pedestrian and collective perspective. The area is characterized by the presence of commercial establishments and the Piola metro exit, and is a place frequented by students due to its proximity to the university centre.

In the project, the parterre is redefined as a space for socializing, adding picnic tables, benches, racks to the already existing furniture and thus restoring a social function to a space previously occupied by irregular parking. The Bazzini intersection is remodeled by creating two pedestrian areas equipped with seats and racks, near the shops and the subway exits. The pedestrian-friendliness of the intersection is also improved by shortening the crossing and inserting protective curbs.
