• facilitate the entry of migrant women into the world of work and support their economic integration.
• create an effective exchange of experiences, knowledge and good practices between project partners to develop effective models capable of supporting the social and economic integration of migrant women.
• promote the dissemination of experiences, knowledge and practices regarding effective action models for the integration of migrant women and raise awareness of the specific needs of migrant women in accessing services (relevant stakeholders at local, national and European level).

Actions

• orientation interviews,
• skills balance,
• activation of professional training courses, particularly in the field of tailoring and food,
• activation of Italian language courses
• support for results dissemination activities
Beneficiaries: 100/150 women of foreign origin residing in the San Siro district.

Expected results
• If on the one hand the project will promote empowerment processes aimed at recognition and, on the other, strengthen the skills of migrant women and promote their social activation;
• On the one hand, it will focus on effective measures to facilitate the integration of beneficiaries into the labor market. At the same time, the action will develop and systematize a place-based approach, activating local resources in favor of the integration and strengthening of migrant women's social cohesion. The results of this work will be widely communicated and shared with relevant local politicians and stakeholders, building the foundations for the sustainability of the action;
• The project will have an impact on the participation of migrant women in local activities, community social life and the world of work, on the activation of the local community in favor of the integration of migrant women and on the approach adopted by policy makers within their integration. This methodological approach will be adaptable, scalable and transferable, possibly extending the impact of the project beyond its territorial scope dimensions.
