Voting by non-EU citizens and citizens: requirements
Anyone coming from a country that does not belong to the European Union can register on the electoral lists of the Municipality of Milan and vote in municipal referendums.
Requirements:
- residence in Milan
- residence permit
- absence of criminal convictions that prevent active voting according to Italian law.
Registration is free.
