The Municipality of Milan provides the service of accompanying citizens with disabilities to the voting location and, at the end of the vote, to their home.

You can book the service in the week before the election.

Documents to have with you at the time of the service:

• certificate of disability issued by ATS (even if issued before and for other needs), to be shown to the taxi driver
   
• copy of the disability certificate, to be stamped and signed by the president of the polling station where you voted.
  The copy of the certificate must then be given to the taxi driver during the return journey
   
• identity card, to be shown to the taxi driver together with a copy of the disability certificate

If the voter cannot walk, in addition to the requested documents, another copy of the disability certificate will be necessary, to be delivered to the president of the polling station.
