Facilities for electricians and voters with disabilities
Electricians and voters with disabilities can take advantage of the home vote or of assisted voting.
A service is also available for people with disabilities transport to polling stations
Il home vote consists in exercising the right to vote at one's domicile.
About you can request it:
- female employees and voters suffering from serious infirmities who find themselves in conditions of continuous and vital dependence on electro-medical equipment such as to prevent them from leaving the home in which they live;
- the electorates and voters suffering from very serious infirmities such that removal from the home in which they live is impossible.
The serious illness will be ascertained in advance by an ATS doctor who will visit the voter.
When submit the request:
in the period between the 40th and 20th day before the voting date.
Electricians and voters with serious disabilities or blind people can ask the Municipality for laffixing the stamp (AVD) on the voter card. The stamp certifies the permanent right to be accompanied inside the voting booth by another voter, in order to carry out the vote.
The application to obtain a stamp on the electoral card can also be submitted by a person other than the person concerned.
