Interventions carried out in the absence of a building permit, or in conflict with it, or in the absence of SCIA in the cases referred to in Article 23, paragraph 01 of the Presidential Decree. n. 380 of 2001, or in conflict with it, if the aforementioned interventions comply with the urban planning and building regulations in force both at the time of their implementation and at the time of submission of the application.

Constitutive elements of the case provided for by law:

Building interventions

• carried out in the absence of a building permit, or in conflict with it, or in the absence of a SCIA presented in the cases referred to in Article 22, paragraph 3, of the Presidential Decree. n. 380 of 2001 or in conflict with it;
• if the intervention complies with the urban planning and building regulations in force both at the time of its implementation and at the time of submission of the application

Administrative regime:

The request is presented at the one-stop shop of the Municipality which convenes the services conference for the acquisition of additional qualifications.
